What Makes This Workshop Different
(to all the IBS Masteclasses you have already attended)
This is not another low-FODMAP or elimination-diet workshop.
You won’t be told what foods to cut out next or handed a generic meal plan.
This is not a “one-size-fits-all IBS solution.”
We’ll look at why your gut behaves the way it does — because the same symptoms can come from very different underlying causes. For example reflux in the Low Fire Gut Type is due to low stomach acid, whereas in the Bugged-Out Gut Type it's due to excess gas.
This is not about guessing, Googling, or supplement hopping.
You’ll learn a clear framework that helps you understand what your gut actually needs, instead of trying one thing at a time and hoping it works.

I am Danielle Elliott an Accredited Naturopath and Fellow of the ATMS and the founder of Tummy Rescue Clinic & Hub.
I have been helping kids & adults improve their health for over 20 years!
I began focussing on everything gut related after my husband was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. And lucky I did……as my husband and both our kids have Coeliac Disease and my daughter has a dairy protein allergy.
So yes — I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
Supporting people with gut issues isn’t just my job, it’s my lived experience.
I personally know what it’s like to navigate symptoms, restrictions, fears around food, and the total overwhelm of conflicting advice.
I don’t treat “IBS.” I help people uncover their Gut Type — the underlying pattern driving their symptoms — so they can finally heal instead of just managing flare-ups.
